Follow these steps before you survey:
- Park your vehicle on a level surface
- Attach the suction cup of the mount anywhere on the windshield of the vehicle
- Place your phone in the mount's cradle such that it is in an approximately level position
- Adjust the mount's cradle to ensure the phone is held securely
Proper mounting is critical. If the mount used is not able to hold the device securely, results could be impacted.
